Consists of the interim application for directions by the Union of India arguing that the proceedings instituted before the National Human Rights Commission by the Narmada Bachao Andolan was the Writ Petition 319/1994 and seeking direction as to whether the Union of India should also participate in the adjudication before the NHRC considering the matter was already in adjudication before the Supreme Court.
