Annexures include a brief record of decision taken in the meeting of Sardar Sarovar Project convened by the Prime Minister on 15 and 16 July, 1996, forwarded to various authorities; and letter dated 7 September, 1996 from M.L. Mehta, Chief Secretary of the Government of Rajastan to Arun Kumar, Secretary to the Govt of India, Ministry of Water Resources, stating that the minutes of the meeting quoted in his letter differ from the actual decision arrived at in the meeting.
